| From time to time PursuitWatch
and Police Driving come across various pursuit polices in our researches,
either on the web, by public information requests, or submission by various agencies. Many
agencies, instructors and researchers find these policies to be helpful, and we are happy
to provide them. As far as we know the policies are those in effect at the time of
the posting. We will post them here in PDF format. The policies are posted
by state and then alphabetically by agency, and the effective date contained in the
policy. PursuitWatch and Police Driving will
make no effort to keep all the postings up to date-except when we research a specific
